Teaching Assistant

We are working with a range of welcoming primary schools that regularly need reliable and enthusiastic TAs to support their classrooms.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to choose their own schedule, and loves supporting children in their learning and development.

The role may include:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Helping children stay engaged and confident in their learning
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, youth work etc.)
• Are reliable, positive and adaptable
• Are happy working across different year groups
• Can travel to schools in Reading and nearby areas
