The role may include:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
- Helping children stay engaged and confident in their learning
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
- Have experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, youth work etc.)
- Are reliable, positive and adaptable
- Are happy working across different year groups
- Can travel to schools in Reading and nearby areas
