EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are currently working with a welcoming school who are looking for a Part-Time EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This role involves supporting children in the Early Years, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning through play, routines, and early development activities.

The role will include:

• Supporting children across the EYFS curriculum
• Assisting with play-based learning and early development activities
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Working with small groups and 1:1 where required
• Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working within EYFS or nursery settings
• Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child development
• Be reliable and able to work well as part of a team
