Teaching Assistant Bracknell

We are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support schools in the Bracknell area.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, and who can adapt to different classroom environments.

Role responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in class, including 1:1 and small group work
• Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities
• Supporting pupils with SEN, behavioural, or additional needs where required
• Helping to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
• A calm, patient, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
